Software Design and Development changed quite a bit too. But then again, those were the two subjects in need of a band descriptor overhaul.

.03% Band 1 in Advanced English. What are the odds that that could be me?

I hope the "Notes from the marking centre" come online soon, they should be an interesting read.

band statistics

If the percentage for each band is higher than last year...does that mean it's likely to be scaled down?

an e.g
Bio last year 2% band 6
this year 8%

does that mean Bio is most liekly to be scaled lower or higher than last year???

Having more ppl in Band 6 would probably mean that the individual marks are worth less come time to calculate the uai, relative to last yr.
