Apart from current unemployment and inflation rates,what other statistics eco student should know?

the more statistics you can know the better...and there are millions

e.g. stats on - poverty, eco growth rates, health (doctors, water etc) education, distribution of income, debt as % of GDP

the list goes on and on.....but the more statistics you can learn and put into essays and short answers the better the marks you will get

I'd try to have (all current year if possible):
Economic growth
Unemployment
Inflation
Budget balance
Gini coefficient (good to compare to past figures also)
Foreign debt/liabilities and CAD (just as a percentage of GDP will do)
