For someone who has been previously lazy with their attitude towards school and school work but really wants to put in the effort and try for year 12. What is the best way to go about studying???

My subjects are:
Community and family studies
Standard English
General maths
Drama
Design and technology

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
