after you add the milk and start timing the reaction, should you use three different rubber corks and time each reaction? or just time the reaction after you add the rennin to the milk? I don't understand what changes if you use three different rubber corks and agitate the test tube without increasing any of the substances inside? Isn't the reaction already at maximum rate? Example:

Pour the 1ml of Rennin into one test tube of Milk.

· Start the stopwatch.

· Place bung number 1 into the top of the test tube and rotate the
test tube 180 degrees 6 times. (i.e. Agitating the test tube by
placing it upside down and upright 3 times each way)

· Place the test tube back in the test tube rack.

· Repeat the above steps using bungs 2 and 3, still with the 5% Rennin
solution. (Multiple Results)

SHould I use this or skip all of it and just say "Add Rennin to milk and start timing, repeat with other concentrations.
