Depends what your prescribed is? T.S eliot wrote some pretty indepth poetry and was considered one of the most read poets around. A lot of literary allusion rests in his work, allowing for the interesting concept of the poem itself belonging to the literary cannon, or a poet belonging to society through their poetry. Additionally, much of his poetry focuses on the disconnection and inability for individuals to belong to society and themselves, due to factors such as self doubt and social routine etc destroying individuality. You might want to check out love song of J.A Prufrock, it's easy enough to analyse, although the allusions are difficult to pick up.
