for my extension classes we have to create a portfolio of 6 crim fiction texts and analyse them for their context and conventions

i really enjoyed reading dan browns 'angels and demons' but am a bit doubtful that it can be classed as a crime fiction novel

any ideas?

Any James Patterson book would work, they are fairly short and have like >100 chapters so you can read one chapter when you have 3 free minutes.

there are loads of Tv shows that would work, law & order, CSI, Bones, x files, angel, veronica mars, crossing jordan. I also think fringe would work but there loads on Tv, take your pick

any short story by agatha christie would be good. also check out Poe's and Doyles short stories.

there are many out there, just depends on what kind of CF u want to read/watch
