Find the point of intersection of the normals to the parabola x^2= - 12y at the points (4,-1/3) and (-2, -1/3).

Do I have to find TWO normals (one for the point 4, -1/3) and another for the point (-2, -1/3) and then solve them simulataneously?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately, yes. You need to find the two normals since the question asks you to find the intersection of the two normals.
