temp for sugar fermentation (1 Viewer)

anyone know what the temp is supposed to be for the fermentation of sugars to produce ethanol?

hsc online says: a suitable temp
our teacher we had for this topic says: 35oC
summary topic sheets we were given say: 22-25oC
i wrote in my exam: 35oC
new teacher that marked our exam says: 37oC therefore marked me wrong lol.

now, what were you taught on this?? lol
