Favourite drink: I love Riunite wine and ALL the cocktails I make.
Great clubs/pubs: Archie Rose Distillery/Bar in Rosebery, Sydney. We frequent this bar and for a reason. Recommended drink? The Golden Ticket.
You can also schedule to see their distillery, if I'm not mistaken. A good sort of day trip or something.
