Hey there. What would be the fastes way to do this question???
Find thelength of the focal chord that meets the parabola x^2=-12y at (2,(-1/3))
Basically I found the equation of the line, Found the second intercept and then determined the length. This method can be quite long for such a basic question. Is there any other way to approach this???
Thanks.
