This may sound stupid, but what classifies you to 'financially disadvantaged' how would u specify if you were? Are there specific low levels of something idk:/ im a little confused by this.

Financially disadvantaged =
- reliance on centrelink.
- Having to work yourself during year 12 to support yourself as parents income isn't enough
