Do you have enough time to move between classes, if you had, say, a Lecture from 5PM-6PM and then had a Tutorial directly afterward from 6PM to 7PM where you had to walk half way across the uni?

Really need to know!

Yes. Lectures and tutorials start 5 minutes late and end 5 minutes early.
