i HATe law and definitely dont wanna work in the industry
should i drop it now or try torts as well
people keep saying dont chuck away the opportunity but i have no interest in doing law for 5 years
i like single comm but rents say i wont find a job

TBH I think you know the answer to this. If you don't intend to study law for another 5 years, why would you put yourself through it? Just do straight Commerce, graduate after 3 years, find a job and then work. You will also have less debt to pay.

My friend was in a similar position to you and she made the right choice to drop law immediately. She is now working at KPMG as a graduate. She never regretted it.
