Too Late? (1 Viewer)

Hey there, is it too late to make your own notes for the sciences. I have been spending far too much time studying and continuously reading other peoples notes and doing heaps of papers but still getting bad marks. I also started to try many methods, reading study skills and researched on how to effectively learn better. But this still did not work out for me .

First sentence says it all, I was going to write a bit more but i need to sleep. Any suggestions would be nice
