Not a major concern if you understand how Legionnaires' is spread and who is generally affected. Young people who are healthy and have strong immune systems simply won't get affected.

I've stood right next to several different cooling towers for work, and it's almost certain that Legionella existed in them (as it's naturally occurring), and I'm perfectly fine.

Please don't be too alarmed by it. Those people who were affected were either old or had poor health to begin with. A number of diseases could have also placed them in hospital.
