When i was answering the dot point 'Explain why voltage transformations are related to conservation of enegy' i came across a term i didnt quite understand TRADE-OFF anyone have ideas??

Trade-off relates to the conservation of energy. If you look at my first post, it states "an exchange of one thing in return of another". When voltage is increased, current decreases so that the amount of energy is the same. When you decrease the voltage, the current will increase in place. So, the power in the primary coil= power in the secondary coil.
