It would be easy to transfer if you proved yourself for the first semester of your degree. You should talk to the course coordinator.
What I think you should do is put the Bachelor of Human Movement / Bachelor of Business Studies as your FIRST PREFERENCE in your UAC application followed by the Bachelor of Human Movement as your SECOND preference.
Point is, if you're good enough to get into the Bachelor of Human Movement / Bachelor of Business Studies, you will be advised of this because it's your FIRST PREFERENCE.
If however you're not good enough to get into the Bachelor of Human Movement / Bachelor of Business Studies (as your first preference) and are good enough for the plain Bachelor of Human Movement, you will be offered a place, even though its your second preference.
You need to quickly put the Bachelor of Human Movement / Bachelor of Business Studies in your UAC preferences because there is a form that CSU needs to send you to fill out because it has an additional selection criteria.
