Transfering to UTS combined law (1 Viewer)

Hey with an ATAR in the low 98's how hard would it be to tranfer to something like buisness law (ATAR requiremet 97.00) next year?
What do I have to do to Transfer?
I'm currently doing med but I ceebs do med now so i'm looking at my options.
