For some reason, I can't see the middle two words so i'll give a partial translation

"The strict entrance exams in japan are called ..."

if thats meant to say 日本のきびしいじゅけんはじゅけんせんそうとよばれる

then it means - difficult examinations in Japan are called Jyuken Sensou (which itself translates to fiercely competitive examination)

Yeah it's really annoying - vBulletin has an issue with some of the kana... I think you have to type it in directly to the reply box to escape all problems. :(
