I recently submitted my UAC application through the net. However I am worried that I made a mistake in relation to the inclusion of form A.
I did a subject last year and am doing it again this year so I need to fill out form A. However on my actual application I didnt check any boxes or fill out any forms (including form a) since nothing seemed to fit into the picture.
Have I missed something?
