UAI in one year (1 Viewer)

i did year 10 in 2008 and gave up on a Cert IV TAFE course about half way through this year.
i have no year 11 experience or study, nothing like that.
now 2010 is rolling around, and i'm wondering if it's possible to get a UAI (ATAR) in one year. i just called a counselor at Randwick TAFE and she said she wasn't aware of any way to do it.
anyone here have experience with a one-year UAI?

Why don't you enrol yourself in a school to do year 12?


I would repeat year 12 if i wasn't happy with my final ATAR.

You can do the Certificate IV in Tertiary Preparation (TPC) full time for 12 months at some campuses and get a TES which is converted to a UAI for entry into most university courses. I did the course in 2007.

You can actually do prelim+hsc (year 11+12) in 1 year @ randwick tafe for most subjects....except the one that is compulsory....english. So yeah it sucks but you basically have to take 2 years just for the 1 subject, unless things have changed since i last looked into doing it (around a year ago).
