(those are subjects i intend to use to count for my 10units)

and it says it has a cap or something..

does that mean i can't get over 95.8 UAI?

No it means the maximum scaled mark for those two units are 47.9 on a one unit basis.
It just affects your aggregate. So you can still get high 90's.
