I was there from 11. The earlier speeches were apparently very boring, and if they were worse than the later ones as people said it must have been terrible 
.
We got a bag of useful stuff, info about what studying commerce is like and miscellaneous study tips. Those were ok. The presentations had nothing I hadn't heard before, the usual stuff about how uni is different from school...
The tour of the places we need to know for commerce in particular was good, we got our leaders to show us car parks and other relevant things as well.
It was worth going to IMO, but I wouldn't be too upset over missing out. Go to the Comsoc tent tomorrow and they can give you most of the stuff you missed out on.
