each time i try and get into my email account this happens::

Your login attempt failed (bad username or password)

are new students not able to gain access yet until a certain date or something?

i think you have to wait till you are given your unipass when you collect your student card from e-spot or where ever...don't fully quote me on this just incase i'm wrong...

You need to go to the DIY pages (forgot the link >< someone else posted it here) on myunsw, and then you need to accept all the terms and conditions for unimail, and then they activate your account within an hour... after that you can set up your email program (eg. Outlook) with the provided pop3 settings.

yeah my sister had the same problem, she agreed to the terms and conditions and it worked straight after
