Hi

I know some people that got into UNSW Law and was wondering how they managed to get in with an ATAR of 99.3 and 99.5 which is below the cutoff?
It can't be any sort of bonus points can it because I thought they don't apply to law??

EDIT:

both are
-not athletes at all!
-not dux of school or anything like that
-definitely did not recieve AAA
-from a priveledged school, living in wealthy suburb with both parents together and with no health problems so.....???

Yes, things like EAS and Broadway Schemes work for the 'disadvantaged; schools particularly in Western Areas (most prominently) which means they could get as much as 96.65 and still enter UNSW Combined law.
