What's the university owned accomodation at UTS like? Has anyone been there/lived there?? Any info would be great!

There got a new buliding ready for next year.
It at the quadrant, behind building 10.
Ment to be very nice.

I so hope I get a place in that new building. Being so close to city campus it would be ideal!!!
