If it does it doesn't matter as both the ENTER and UAI are rankings. And they are considered equivalent.

70%/30% is sooo much better than 50%/50%

but the HSC is reasonable easy to handle (if u put the work in )

If you look at individual subjects, they may differ slightly. I know for maths, there is a big emphasis on calculus in the HSC (75% calculus) compared with the rest of the states
