im having trouble with this question:

a particle moves in a straight line, and at time t, its displacement from a fixed origin is x. if x(dot) = x + 3 , express x(double dot) in terms of x

ans: x+3

v = x+3
v² = (x+3)²
1/2 * v² = 1/2 * (x+3)²
Now we can find the acceleration, as v is in the form 1/2 * v² and acceleration can be found by deriving 1/2 * v²
a = 1/2 * 2(x+3)
a = x+3
