Video store bs for assignment (1 Viewer)

ok people who knows how to make this video store database look good? I want to link it to a html page and customize it in dreamweaver. Also I already know how to do all the basic linking excel and acess together to make a database with all the videos and information in acess all i need to know how to do is link the acess file to a html document?

does any one know?

yeah i might do it in php ...got any good program reccomendations....and you cant do this in ms access
