Hey how do you guys get customizations in windows vista? Like the calender + battery life + notes + upcoming events etc. etc.

in the second picture, it has that side bar with the calender, date, weather and battery.

it wouldn't happen to be a widget would it ? :S

i use rainmeter with HUD.vision skin cause i dont really like widgets. they annoy me too much but this is more subtle.

The Vista sidebar gave me a lot of trouble, don't use it anymore. Occasionally it would use up to 50,000 K of memory...


Btw how do you get that clock thing in the middle of the first picture?

That is the sidebar, read the instructions and it will tell you how to install it. But don't Vista already got sidebar together when you bought vista?
