Has anyone decided to try something to improve their health in 2010? For example, starting gym, eating less junk food and so on... (you can be more specific).

For me, I only have 2 things:
1) Go to bed early: my sleeping pattern has been fucked since I was in year 7. I really want to go to bed at 12 this year, instead of at 3 or 5am. I only get a maximum of 5 hours sleep.

Hmm, I don't think that BOS helps.

2) Drink less soft drinks and more water

I'm going to see how I go with this.

1. Eat properly (less junk food and no skipping meals)

2. Find a way to fall asleep faster so I don't wake up tired every morning having only gotten to sleep a few hours before

3. Exercise more

Number 1 is more or less happening, number 2 is still a problem and number 3 is sort of kind of happening but only because I have to walk a fair bit most days

SLEEP MORE.

That is pretty much it.

The amount of sleep I get depends on my mood and concentration levels for the day.

Find some other regular vigorous exercise to substitute cycling when winter comes- I can't cycle in the cold so i just do nothing and let my muscles turn to mush.

Walk more.

Schedule my time- i consider this a health goal as have assigned times for things allows more to get done so i stress less and sleep better.

sleep more!

TRY to maintain a tan through winter (destined to fail)

gradually decreasing everyday makeup to none to make my skin healthier.
