It isn't there are many nice people there who are capable , It's all just a myth. Well, you choose... Foreign Full Fee Paying students, or English speaking, hicks! . (I assure you though, it's very diverse)up all nite said:oh yeha iv heard that its crap and full of bogan as well... but this was about the cambeltown campus... i wana go there for b. of commerce...

The UAIs are just lower because less people want to go there, and that is because (a) everyone thinks that there are only bogans there, and (b) most students just happen to want to study in the City.

Nothing, people are just elitist wanks.gracie007 said:whats wrong with being friends with bogans anyway?
You should list your preferences according to the course you want to do, not based on the UAI cut-off. Even though unis publish certain cut-offs, many still accept students depending on the demand. Furthermore you may still end up getting into a course in the main round even though the cut-off for that year may be higher than your UAI.GJV said:You should probably list your preferences in order of highest to lowest UAI, and see what happens when you get your results. Obviously, the course with the highest UAI is the most sought-after, and that would be for a reason..?
My teachers tell me, however, that after getting your degree, no one gives a damn about which uni you got it from - and why should they, if you got a good result?
