What are my options on transferring to USYD from UWS (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I totally new to this transferring thing.
I would like to know what my options of transferring are. I'll be study Med Sci.
Is it possible for me to transfer second year to USYD, and continue second year Med Sci. Or, would I have to finish the course and transfer into a different course?
Can i transfer after first sem, into same course?
