What was your answer for predicting tha product in the food additives question?

personally i predicted it was fruit bread or laf but i also thought it could have easily been fruit cake.

i said it was probably a fruit cake cos if it was a fruit loaf the raising agents would be higher on the list..? they were like last. i didnt know though. i also said that there werent any ingredients that indicated it needed refrigerated storage or anything. not sure if that related...but its only 1 mark anyway.
