Judging from the media outlining the bottom 5 schools which includes Granville Boys High and other "bad" schools. Just what makes them so bad, is it the students? Or because 90% of them are Lebs causing trouble?

In all seriousness, if you are reffering to todays report about its ranking, I do believe that was based on academics eg NAPLAN testing.
