you mean student number? if so, i would think that it matters, although i would hope they eventually sort it out

they are kept with the class bundle so there might be a mix up and confusion but hopefully it'll get sorted out.

You should have written 1566**** (i.e. eight digits).

The extra one at the front is only for your UAC number.

They'd be able to figure it out anyway.

because theres only 63,000 people doing the hsc, shouldnt the number only be 5 digits?

You gotta remember that THAT student number was yours in the school cert...

How many people did our year's school cert???

student numbers range between schools regarding centre numbers to avoid problems caused by stooges like yourself.

they will think your a pest tho

no one has the student number 1 dont forget, or 00001. dont no what i mean but when theres 60000 people, they dont number from 1 to 60000. yeh

they should be able to figure out your number, thats why you put you exam centre number on there too incase something goes wrong. like that

They will prollie realise u put ur UAC number instead of ur student number and sort it accordingly.

has anyone wondered what the extra little box is for though? i mean... when are we ever going to use it if all our numbers are 8 digits? if the nazis down at the board had decided to erdicate that box they could have saved a lot of ink.

i write my two numbers so they end in the last box. this leaves empty ones at the start... does anyone else do this?? i wanna stop myself from doing it, but i cant! Im addicted!!!!!

On an english exam, l started from the front box, so l had one left at the end.

Now l just write them in from the end and start in the end box.

I think that the first few numbers are loosly related to ure school, coz everyone in my hear has similar numbers cept for the people that started in yr 11...
