So i have my prepared essay and prepared creative piece and know them off by heart. I have done all the past papers and adjusted it to them. I have sent them to my teachers improve where i went wrong for both the papers and the prepared essay. My question is what do i do know. Frankly im still screwed if they ask a hard question becuase of my lack of english skills. My teachers said some of my links to questions were a bit weak also.

So my question is what do i do now?

its kind of too late to go back to your teacher, but I guess just try and work on improving the 'weak links'. otherwise you sound pretty good
