Hey BOS people :)

I completed my HSC at Fort Street High 2008 and managed to get a UAI of 94.80. I have two offers:

1. B Health Science at the Uni of Sydney (80.10 cutoff) [ 3 Years @ Camperdown Campus]

2. B Nutrition/B Exercise&Sport Science at the Uni of Sydney (94.1 cutoff?) [ 4 Years @ Cumberland Campus]

I am currently stuck between the two courses. My plan is to transfer into PHYSIOTHERAPY after a year or do that guaranteed entry via Health Science route. Is it difficult to transfer after doing 1 year of a course? Will the higher uai cutoff course (nutri) make it easier?

What do you all think??? :spzz: please include pros and cons.
(Feedback would be MUCH appreciated as i need to enroll into a course quick)

lol @ the person above me...

i dont think the higher cutoff for the nutri would help - if i were you i'd do the health science cos you've got guaranteed entry and also it's probably got some of the subjects that you'd need for physio. check the course handbook to see which one would have more of the subjects.
Is location an issue?

Both campuses are pretty convenient for me... i live in strathfield, so yeah.

but Cumberland (lidcombe) campus is small, so not sure if there will be as many clubs/events/facilities n all that... although it does seem cozy.

thanks for the feedback, keep posting :headbang:

I think the question here REALLY IS:

What would you do?, if your son was at home
crying all alone on the bedroom floor, cuz he's hungry
and thee only way to feed him is ta sleep wit a man
for a little bit of money, and his daddy's gone
somewhere smokin' rock now, in and out of lock down,
I aint gotta job now, so for you this is just a good time
but for me this is what I call life

Girl you aint thee only one wit a baby,
that's no excuse to be livin all crazy
then she looked me right square in the eye
and said everyday I wake up hopin' to die,
she said- nigga I know about pain cuz,
me and my sista ran away, so my daddy
couldn't rape us, before I was a teenager
I done been through more shit, you can't even

Look at the Handbook and see which of the two degrees have more similar subjects to Physiotherapy, this will maximise your transfer of credit when you eventually do transfer.

choose the course which is mostly related to the physiotherapy.
