A simple dress probably of knee length or an inch above the knee but nothing really short or really long. Something with a blazer and a polo or something around that area

Nah don't need a blazer. A nice shirt or a nice jacket could do. Pants are a must. There are a bit of restraints on the shoes, but its something that can be worked around a bit more than the rest of the attire.
