Hey all! Just a quick question, what is the hashtag next to the atar cut off in this course? Is it additional criteria?

What it says there is confusing me lol... Does it mean that the additional criteria has been removed and now theyre just using the atar to accept people?

Probably, might also mean the atar cut off might change
