When first round offers come out. So, if I remember correctly, in 2010 (for class of 09), it was January 20. In 2011 for class of '10, it was like January 17?

It usually comes out like the same day main round is released, might be 1-2 days earlier but thats about it.

Most dont change that much, however they could go higher or lower by 1-2 points max (from what i've seen between 2010 and 2011
