Remember that esprit trench I was talking about?
I was stupid enough to think that I could have a week to think about it, and not put the item on hold or anything. A week later when I'd decided I was going to buy it, the only XS was on hold and the S didn't fit. They did a NSW check for me - no other XS in black was avaliable in the whole of NSW. A few in Victoria and Adelaide though, but they said I'd have to go there to get them.
A few weeks later I was in Birkinhead and the manager of that store rang around all the NSW stores again - she was SO nice! She said there were still a few interstate and I should ring up Head Office and try to get those remaining coats via money order. So I have been - every single day since tuesday.
Got through to them today, and all the black XS's are sold out in Australia
And it was such a nice coat too I should have listened to you guys when you told me to buy it on the spot (same goes for the Alannah Hill jacket which I missed out on, not to mention a 50% sale on DeLorenzo hair products in bulk - I could have saved $90 )
moral of the story folks - when you find something you like, BUY IT or put it on hold IMMEDIATELY. Don't take things for granted otherwise you'll be kicking yourselves majorly.
