Steve Howard, a maths teacher from Cowra, has just released the latest update of his MX2 textbook. It's free to download and there is also a resource book (incomplete) of other practice questions.

All of the questions in the textbook (which is 588 pages) have worked solutions. I've had a quick look and seen some interesting examples and discussions of alternative approaches. The chapter on vectors runs for about 65 pages. The revision exercises only have 200 of the 1000 problems so far, but those also have full worked solutions... but only cover induction, proof, and complex numbers. Integration, vectors, and mechanics, plus mixed examples, are yet to come.
Disclaimer: I came across this because of a recent post by tywebb. I do not know Steve Howard. I gain no benefit from pointing these materials out. I am also not endorsing its accuracy or coverage of syllabus topics. This is because (a) I haven't spent the time to check it and (b) exactly what is in or not in the syllabus remains a matter of some conjecture at present. I'm just pointing out the resources as you may find them useful.
