Why are we forced to learn about aboriginal bs in chemistry and biology and aboriginal rock paintings... Why the fuck in the physics exam are we asked to answer like 15% worth of questions that are like "How did this scientist improve the lives of society" I thought they got rid of all this bs. I literally lost so many marks on questions like this in the 2024 physics paper. This problem is only exclusive to NSW HSC papers, literally look at every other state their papers don't have these garbage questions asking "How did the discovery of fundamental particles improve our lives" or the garbage below. This garbage actually pmo and I lost so many marks on these humanities questions in the actual physics hsc exam. This is all bs and needs to be removed immediately.
These questions belong in investigating science or even year 9 or 10 science, why the fuck are we forced to study the humanities of a certain science subject?
They seriously need to get rid of these questions cause a bunch of retards got higher than me cause the paper was literally just another english exam. There needs to be harder calculation questions instead of a bunch of questions testing your writing and essay skills. This garbage sucks. Physics isn't meant to be a shitty subject where you memorise dot points and rote learn from a textbook, it's suppose to require thinking. That thinking is only tested in calculation questions and VERY brief explanation questions. Question 32 does not belong in any physics paper, it's really embarrasing nsw is the only state that asks literal humanities questions in a physics exam designed for adults
Clearly the syllabus change in 2017 didn't do shit, these subjects are still full of these useless ass questions that don't test depth of knowledge and thinking. It's really embarrasing NSW, really is embarrasing. Every other state has an actual physics exam, while we get a boring ass garbage writing exam mixed with a bunch of 1 + 1 calculation questions .
