You won't get "scaled down" if you do well in the subject. Any subject can have the potential to "scale" either well or poorly it just depends in your performance, a high raw mark in Industrial Technology won't "scale" as high as say a high raw mark in Physics, but as long as you do really well you will be generally unaffected.

Exactly. Stop worrying about scaling cause nothing scales down if you excel at it.
