Hey guys I reinstalld Windows XP on my laptop and now my wireless internet doesnt work when it has in the past. Basically when I go to view the status of my wireless net I can send bytes but I get 0 bytes received. It says I'm connected to the network but I can't actually surf and connect to the net. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks

Open command prompt (WIN+R -> type cmd and hit enter) then type in:

ping google.com
ipconfig /all

Then paste anything that comes up here.

Edit: You'll have to email the results to yourself and post here on a different computer if the internet still isn't working, lol.

i would guesss a driver issue, but if you can get onto the wireless network then i do not see how that would be the case. A good place to start if you wanna talk to someone is the routers company tech support.

oh and it might be a firewall issue as well. just a thought.
