let say if i change my friggin network provider because telstra sucks balls, do i have to set up the wireless router again?
Oh, would wireless router affect the speed that it transfer information? in another word would it speed up my internet speed if i get a new router?

Depends... most 54mbp/s wireless routers are going to give you more speed than you need for Australian Internet. I have a 108mbp/s one for when mates come around and we do wireless gaming... but other than that, any generic wireless is fine... unless it's too old and only has WEP encryption... which you would be quite moronic to use :)

You'll need to reconfigure the modem parts of internet setup, but the wireless settings can stay the same.
