Work Experience ideas for IT or Optometry? (1 Viewer)

Tried searching the internet but wasn’t able to find anything regarding IT or Optometry. So if anyone has done work experience in either IT or Optometry please tell me where you worked so I can get ideas. I prefer if it’s not near the city but closer to the suburban areas like Parra, but if not please answer regardless.
