Im basically trying to apply for a job and ive shortlisted kmart and officeworks as they are really close to my house. my question is which one is better to work for overall? I know they are both owned by wesfarmers but they should have their differences. Plus i am being picky as im really not desperate atm, but would like to change my current job for a better one, hence the question.

I work at big w and kmart is fairly similar
