WRITING+VOCABULARY! HOW DO I GET BETTER (2 Viewers)

I want to expand my vocabulary further, and supposedly, the best way to do that is to read a lot. However, I've found that not all authors can write articulately, and I'm running out of time at this stage.

Does anyone know any authors in different genres who are very skilled at writing, from whom I can adopt their styles and improve my writing pieces?
and like authors who have a really nice range of vocab

This is especially important for mod C and I'm not gooddd
